I'm happy to see the doctor has this mom eliminating dairy and soy.  I always ask moms to eliminate eggs at the same time.  The reason for this is, I have been running a weekly support group for years and have moms who still come with their babies at 1 years old and older.  Being able to follow many of these babies up until they are old enough to visit the allergist and be tested I see many of them come back allergic to both.  If you eliminate only one and not the other she may never figure this out.
I also see a lot of corn allergies as well, corn is in everything these days if you use any packaged foods.  Basic foods is the easiest way to get corn out of your diet.  Our hospitals community library has excellent books to help moms with meal planning.
