Hi,

Sorry I´m writing really quick on-the-go!

A few months ago an IBCLC midwife (Inma Marcos, at FEDALMA 2016) presented
the case of a mother who had unilateral recurring mastitis and then her
breast became completely clogged, there was no way to get a drop out. When
finally, after a lot of massage, something came it, it was clogged milk
that actually looked like that spray foam for insulation - yellow, viscuos,
foamy. Not like pus. They did a culture and it was a very infrequent
bacteria (I think Rothia mucilaginosa...) which was cired with antitiobtics.

Anyway, your client might not have the same thing, but recurrent mastitis
and strange milk require milk culture, I think...

Warmly,
Kika
