Thank you everyone for all your incredible input! I still haven't gotten to
read everything because, thank G-d, my daughter gave birth to a healthy
beautiful baby girl Wednesday morning. They went from the delivery room to
the zero separation unit of the hospital I work in and will be coming home
to us today.
I can't wait to read everything and hopefully do some serious staff
education!
All the best to everyone,
Chayn , happy Grandma in Israel
