Ask the manufacturers if they have done any primary research on its efficacy. Or longevity. Or ability to maintain a milk supply for a pump dependent mom. I will bet they don't have any. Look on FDA website to see if this is cleared by the FDA.

Subject: Bellema double electric pump?
Anyone have any experience with the Bellema electric pump? I'm a hospital based LC and a patient wtih Medi-Cal was told that was the only double electric pump covered through the pumping essentials site. She was using an Ameda and has a need for 30.5 ml flanges. Reviews on this pump would be appreciated.
