I have personally used them and found them to be helpful for me in certain
circumstances, like in the car or to catch milk off one breast. They didn't
work on my lower producing breast. Lots of women have told me that they
love them and find them very helpful.

I hesitate to recommend them for increasing supply, but maybe someone has
more experience with using them for that purpose? I'd be interested to hear.
