Dear Lactnet Friends:
If you tell me that you ate lunch for 10 minutes, do I know how much food
you ate?
This whole idea of keeping track of minutes reinforces poor observation and
teaching by staff, and encourages moms to look at the clock instead of the
baby.
Is nothing true without a research study?
warmly, and a bit miffed by this practice.
