Hello,I'm hoping to change the feeding log in the hospital that our patients use to document feeds away from one that solely documents minutes to one that looks at quality of feed. I remember seeing a sample once in which patients evaluated feeds as Excellent, Good, Fair or Poor. But can't find any samples now. Does anyone have any suggestions? We still have too many people looking only at minutes here and not milk transfer or quality of feeding. Thanks for your help.
