Dear Wise Ones,

I'm working with a Chinese foundation to create an IBCLC training 
program on mainland China. My contact there just asked me what IBCLCs 
charge to mentor others. Anyone willing to share their rates, please 
email me privately.

In my own private practice, I mentored three women who became IBCLCs but 
I paid them for lower-level positions (such as for bookkeeping, pump 
rentals, taking phones calls, etc.) while they trained under me. They 
did not pay me.
