I have some questions related to flaxseed spurred by a mom. Flaxseed is found in many lactation recipes yet there is info out there that it may not be the best thing for bf women. I am enclosing a link to a study of rats which I know doesn't always relate to humans but it is food for thought. I'm wondering if anyone knows of additional research regarding flaxseed and breastfeeding.
