Another reference listed there found 16.5 oz during this range. There's a really interesting study mentioned here http://www.nancymohrbacher.com/articles/2010/7/12/breast-versus-bottle-how-much-milk-should-baby-take.html comparing average intake of formula vs. breastmilk. This is for younger ages but I wouldn't be surprised if the chart produced by the pediatrician is also based on formula intake.
