Here are articles about bottle feeding like a breast feeder and baby-led bottle feeding:

On that subject, there is new research showing that the size of the bottle--no matter how much milk is in it--has an effect on obesity. The larger the bottle, the higher the weight of the child (not height, just weight). So, keep that in mind when people ask about bottle recommendations. http://www.foxnews.com/health/2016/06/07/bigger-baby-bottles-linked-to-weight-gain.html
And thanks for the replies about pulling back during feeds. The great variety of answers tells me that we don't really know for sure. I think with the particular mother and baby that I'm thinking off, the baby was doing it to stimulate let-down. This mother has breast hypoplasia, and I wonder if pulling back is a sign to switch sides.
