I have researched this in archives and maybe am not using correct search
words. I have a question. A baby in our area was given another mother's
breastmilk accidentally. The mother is upset and the baby's provider is not
sure what the ramifications are to this accident.

It cannot be taken back, so I am wondering if there are any tests that
should be done on the other mom, or on the baby who took the milk that was
not his mom's,  or if they should just think of it as a free immunization.?
