Hi Lisa,
I'm located in Zimbabwe and it is the drug of choice for lactation support, prescribed by obstetricians and paediatricians when milk is not coming in or a mom expresses any concerns about breastfeeding.
I am available for more information.

Does anyone live in a country where this drug is commonly employed to increase milk production?
Thanks,
Lisa Marasco
