I had a mom in clinic today that has narcolepsy. She is not taking medication because most are amphetamines based and is concerned about the impact on baby. Babyb was born at 36 weeks and 40 weeks not. is gaining weight and she is feeding expressed breastmilk and supplementing with formula.
Does anyone know of any meds or other strategies that other moms have use to manage.? this baby is failry fussy at the breast as well.
Thanks
