For all hospital based IBCLCS:
Please let me know if you have a dedicated IBCLC for your L&D. Obviously this would be ideal yet our current staffing doesn't address that important first time to breast. It depends on the L&D transistional RN.
All suggestions/policies would be most appreciated.
