Peppermint helps with digestion ONLY if it is given in enteric coated
pills. It actually is not soothing to the stomach, and can cause distress
if taking a lot of tea. So use ginger, green, or a combination of the 2.
We use it for children with crohns disease, and other GI problems but only
the enteric form
