First, I am not very familiar with domperidone dosing nor use, as in my experience it is not used by local physicians and only rarely a mom obtains it. But, just wondering if the dosages are known with domperidone in those studies, and if the dose can be correlated with adverse cardiac events. Also the length of time a person is on said dosing. Also can’t this drug be given IV or PO and isn’t the IV dose more associated with cardiac events, and did the study look at route?
Just wondering.
