Thanks for alerting us to publication of your letter to the editor in 
the 2013 International Journal of Pediatric Otorrhinolaryngology 
regarding N. Sethi, et al., benefits of frenulotomy in infants with 
ankyloglossia, alerting people to the bigger picture.  Unfortunately 
it's not possible to access a letter on PubMed.  Would it be possible 
for you to share with us the full-text on Lactnet??

I agree with what Marta and Jane wrote. There are problems with the 
research regarding techniques that impact conclusions. In my own 
personal effort to bring attention to this issue, I wrote a letter to 
a pediatric otol journal that I hope will alert people to the bigger picture.
