I imagine she has tried full drainage and block feeding? I think you can
find instructions on that on the internet, maybe at kellymom.com . Some
ladies get relief after one full drainage, but others have to do this a few
times. Maybe she could do full drainage in the morning and be able to
breastfeed during the day and evening?

Other suggestions would be sage and/or peppermint in capsules, teas, or
Altoid (brand name) mints. Also contraceptive products that contain
estrogen like the contraceptive patch or some birth control pills. The
mother would want to be very aware of her supply and not decrease it too
much.
