Information that various odors/aromas are found in human milk (related to the maternal diet) is not news to the lactation field.  Nevertheless, food chemists studied garlic aroma in human milk ("human breast milk") and identified these metabolites of garlic in human milk:  allyl methyl sulfide (AMS), allyl methyl sulfoxide (AMSO), and allyl methyl sulfone (AMSO2).
