Dear Kira,
Could it be that the oversupply/fast let down have really taken off now
that the baby can actually suck? Clicking can be a sign of a fast let
down. See if the it gets worse when the flow is fast and better as the
flow slows down. This would also explain the spit up. Maybe the baby is
pinching off the nipple to slow the flow on one side? Making sure the
baby is in a very stable position with their chin off of their chest so
they can swallow easily might help if this is the issue.
Just an idea that came to my mind...
