"Supporting Sucking Skills" by Catherine Watson Genna, and guest authors, would have the information on the baby's anatomy and function, the process of feeding, problem solving and counseling skills -- because of her chosen path, that's what she'll be interested in. (More general lactation books would include a lot on the mother's side of the equation -- comfort, milk production, etc. which wouldn't be her area).
Also "Feeding and Swallowing Disorders in Infancy" by Lyn Wolf and Robin Glass -- I read a borrowed copy long ago, and, on a quick search, it looks like the only edition is 1998-- it was impressive. The authors do seem to be speaking at several places and on-line courses, so I really am going to try to hear them talk.
