This product is "all the rage" right now on social media. It works on the multi-level marketing plan, with home consults and parties. I even tried it last year...every time I wore the wrap, I got a violent migraine. So no more wrap or cream for me. I believe, like many of the fads for weight loss, stretch marks, and the like, it will just blow over in a matter of time. It was obvious in my experience (n=1) that those herbs are absorbed through the skin and become systemically available. I doubt there is any research on newly postpartum women using the wrap/cream, but I would urge caution.
