I haven't seen the book you mentioned, Pat, but in the BFHI - as you know
- Step 10 is about post-discharge mother-support, whereas skin-to-skin is
under Step 4. Does the book you mentioned have a whole different numbering
system, different to the global BFFHI?
Melissa Clark Vickers and I co-edited a book on the 10th Step with chapter
authors from round the world, with the aim of showing what can be done in
different settings. (Disclaimer: Neither of us receives any financial
benefit from the book, as we assigned the royalties to WABA.) Melissa's
chapter on *why* breastfeeding mothers need support is a gem, leading into
the *how* chapters..
