Pediatr, 2015, 166(3), Ajetunmobi,OM. "Breastfeeding is associated with reduced childhood hospitalizations: evidence from a Scottish birth cohort," Dr T wrote a review of the orig article
The original study was of about 500,000 Scottish children. Final sentence of her article "Still, this thorough work contributes to the growing body of evidence supporting the benefits of breastfeeding on child health in developed countries. Formula fed babie had greater risk for GI, upper & lower respiratory, UTI and OM. I would have liked to Wiessingerize her title :-) Orig article title was better.
