which herbs do you start right after birth? and in what amounts? Thanks! Pat in SNJ

I have been following this discussion re IGT. I want to mention that mothers with igt tend to have an increase in milk supply with each subsequent baby. I have followed many mothers over several pregnancies in the last 22 years and it is almost always true. For some the increase is 10-20% but on average I see a doubling of supply with each subsequent baby, especially if we start herbs right after birth.
