I would imagine that since gastric bypass or sleeves can potentially cause
dumping syndrome and malabsorption, and domperidone increases motility,
there could be some issues. Monitoring this mother for nutrient levels via
blood might be necessary. At the very least, watching her elimination
patterns and maybe, just maybe, this might be a legitimate use for a
creamatocrit.
