Entervirus D68 was cultured and found in the mother's breast milk of a very sick baby with the virus. Does mom need to pump and dump her milk? Does this indicate that she is making immunities for this to protect baby or did she pass it on? Now that the baby has the virus too, does it matter that it is in the milk? Should she feed her milk with the virus to the baby?

Not a lot that I could find on line about this very scary virus for babies and breastfeed.
