I need some guidance please. I have a missionary friend in Haiti. She has asked for breast pumps for moms with premies in the hospital. I remember 
I think, there is information out there about teaching moms manual expression instead of using a pump and why it's better in third world countries. Anyone remember anything like that? Does anyone have manual expression directions written in Haitian Creole ?
