Maybe the baby has a urinary tract, or other, infection??  I've seen 
it happen - excellent milk transfer, excellent urine/stool output, 
but simply zero weight gain.
Nevertheless this baby is passing only one stool per day, 
right?  This is not enough.  So I too would suspect inadequate 
intake.  Not enough anyway to gain weight.
