I have really enjoyed this thread and echo the sentiments already expressed. I joined lactnet in 2011 upon referral from my friend, La Leche League mentor and now IBCLC as well, Nina Isaac, in Tucson, Arizona. My posts with questions have been answered with quick, kind and thorough responses. The many threads I have followed have interested me more than I ever imagined. I am not on Facebook either. So, I do hope this form of communication continues as long as possible as I look forward to learning through it regularly. The art of this field is beautiful and the science is amazing. I hope to be learning more of both for years to come. Favorite posts among many include those succinct thoughts and journal articles that Pat in SNJ shares and those that K. Jean Kotterman wrote. As a PT, I was always inspired to read posts from Judy Le Van Fram, too. Any other physical therapists out there working as an IBCLC? Thanks to all of you for doing what you do to help families all around the world.
