Mom must be under a great deal of stress.  The environment  in which she is 
pumping may be of concern to her.  Perhaps a different  place to pump may 
be of help.  Is bedside an option?  A little TLC may  be helpful as well. Has 
she tried Reverse Pressure Softening or breast  massage and hand expression 
to stimulate her milk ejection reflex?   Can't hurt.
