I found this promoting breastfeeding on their website. Will take only a couple minutes to read.
"Breast milk: A life-saving tonic for babies
An increase in the rate of breastfeeding globally could prevent more than 1 million child deaths each year."
http://www.worldvision.org/news/breast-feeding-infant-health
So, I'm going to guess that they do not have ties to a formula company. I think this organization is like a Christian version of Heifer International.
There was also this article.
"While a mother’s milk dries up from a lack of food, and a baby with a swollen belly suffers acute malnutrition, our newspapers offer tips on enjoying the Fourth of July weekend."
https://blog.worldvision.org/conversations/how-much-is-a-life-worth
No mention on how it might be more effective in the long run to feed the mother properly so she can feed her baby properly. *sigh*
