There are a couple of things that are not clear to me...

She reports her breasts feel numb, but the hand expression feels
uncomfortable?
I´d like to know if the numbness she reports is generalized, kind of a
subjective feeling (or a numbness from engorgement?), or if there are
certain areas that are truly numb, as this would speak of a more nerve
damage/neurological cause.
You also say she has plenty of milk but just can´t get it out... this means
she will not have plenty of milk for long. How often is the baby
breastfeeding, and why is she pumping? Is the baby gaining well?

Hope you can get good answers for this mom!!
