PTP.  Mom of 3 is nursing 7 month old baby.  Mom has severe pelvic girdle pain.  Mom is wondering whether relaxin continues to circulate in high amounts during lactation and could be exacerbating pain.  She nursed her older kids until 2 and would like to continue, but will consider weaning at 1 year if it will help her pain.  She's already in physical therapy and it's helping somewhat.  She and I both have found a lot of conflicting information online regarding how much relaxin production continues during lactation.
