I think I found the answer. I was stumped at first, why should we be able to pump well at home, but not at work with the same pump. All I could think of was maybe she was stressed. Then today she mentioned that she pumps at home on one breast, while the baby nurses on the other. Of course! It sounds like a defective or bad pump. The only reason she is getting any milk is because the baby is causing her to have a let down. Mystery solved. She's going to rent a Symphony for a few weeks to get the supply up, and then get a better pump for work. Thanks all!
