Oh, that sounds better, the two week visit will be the third time the baby has been seen. As far as the geneticist goes, they will likely talk about how the inheritance works and what are the chances of the next child having the disease or being a carrier for it. The doctor that will be managing the child is going to be the one you will need to convince that the weighing will be "adequate" to keep him out of trouble. A lot of time docs want mom to pump and bottle feed so the docs can "be sure" of what they are getting. This is a quick way to lose supply, so I would avoid it since it's not necessary. And definitely get a paper introducing the baby to the ER, that mom carries with her in the diaper bag that tells how to manage the infant if it should be necessary to ring him in.
