I should say that sometimes women wanting to donate milk will state info like that the milk is dairy free and give other info about the milk (eg how long ago expressed) and occasionally state that they have blood test results or they have been a milk bank donor etc but all of the "highest quality," nebulous marketing is from milk sellers. Not surprisingly the study that looked at bacterial contamination of purchased milk found no correlation between claims made and the bacteria levels in the milk.
