No suggestion here (not an MD by a long shot), but an observation and some questions. 180 ml four times a day only amounts to about 24 oz in total which seems a rather low amount of calories for a baby that age, especially one who is struggling with weight...
Why no food orally? My son wasn't gaining well and we made the little solids he took on top of nursing very calorie dense - mainly avocado (mixed with banana and other foods to vary it a bit). And he was most certainly hungry during the night. In fact he night nursed well into his second year. Also - how much intake did the test weighs show? Did they do genetic testing for the suspected syndrome? And why do they suspect it?
