I don't know the answer, though I'll look it up later if I have time. However, even if they are low, I wouldn't have thought that a short-term episode of low dietary potassium would be sufficient to harm a baby. Serum potassium concentrations are much lower than intracellular concentrations, so the baby should have a lot of stored potassium and will readjust serum concentrations if less is coming in. I'd recommend checking that with someone who knows more biochemistry, though!
