Rachel, have you suggested laid-back breastfeeding? Is your friend lying when dreamfeeding? Could this be a clue somehow?

Jennifer, what an interesting observation. I would like to hear more from your experiences regarding forceful letdown and the link to maternal inflammation. Are you referring to inflammation of mothers gut? Have other LC’s observed this as well? Eager to learn more on your experiences :-)
