I have expressed this concern many times--the Lactnet listserve is 100% searchable by the public. I think many folks post here thinking there is some kind of privacy, but that is not the case. I have often seen posts where I have wondered if the "PTP" comment has been backed by the poster telling the mother that the listerve is public. I think frequently that is not the case.
