I have a question for all of you who work with Milk Banks. If a mom experiences prenatal loss and donates milk, what is the average amount of time they continue to donate? And if they are preterm, does that milk go speciffically to that gestational age or is it utilized by any baby in need? My friend is a Heartprints counsellor, helping parents/families with loss at any stage, and has been thinking about offereing this option to mother's who would be interested. Thanks for your help!
