I would imagine it would be same as any breast surgery with a wait and see what happens mentality.  Maybe nothing was disturbed or maybe some thing important was.  You just won't know until lactogenesis and breastfeeding begin.  Support and encouragement will be prime activities for this mom's BF counselor.  Pat in SNJ
