I haven't posted in years, but recently had two unusual
questions come up. Here is one, will post other
separately.

This is the second time this came up, though I'm not sure
the situations were just the same. The first time a mom
referred to me quiet a while ago. Then a colleague
called me about a mom who contacted her last week.
Nursing a baby of about 14 mo. In the last few weeks she
started having pain during nursing and for about 20
minutes after. The only thing that has changed is she
recently got her period back but this has lasted longer
then her period. Could it somehow be the changing
hormones? The drop in milk supply? Has anyone else ever
heard this before?
