The Colorado Marijuana and Pregnancy and Breastfeeding  Guidance document for Health Care Providers is very useful, but it does contain one glaring error.

Language for patients: Because THC is stored
in body fat, it stays in your body for a long time.
This means that “pumping and dumping” your
breast milk will not work the same way it does
with alcohol. Alcohol is not stored in fat so it
leaves the body faster.

This would tend to imply that if one drinks alcohol, it works to pump and dump it, which we know is not correct.
