Our area is getting national exposure for a nursing in public incident at a Chick-Fil-A restaurant.

One aspect of this article concerns me and that is the statement from a lawyer that if a mom has been asked by the business owner to stop BF and she doesn't, business owner can call the police and have her charged with trespassing. (If I am interpreting this correctly.) I am curious if this was a misquote or if I have been in a fantasy world about mom's rights to BF anywhere she and her baby are allowed to be.
Hoping that Liz Brooks and others may be able to shed some light on this legal issue.
