Tracking "exclusive breastfeeding" to meet The Joint Commission's (formerly
JCAHO) new mandatory (as of 1 Jan 14) core measure, is a huge challenge!

The United States Breastfeeding Committee (USBC) has a free-to-you toolkit
you can download ... 40 pages discussing how to do this.

BUT bookmark the USBC site ... within weeks (fingers crossed) there should
be posted as well the report of an expert panel, convened earlier in 2013
to, review best practices *just* on electronic charting of BFg.
