I expressed some and dribbled it on a burn when my young son touched a
hot BBQ with his finger. Whether or not it sped up healing I am not
sure, but it didn't hurt things.
With your son's toe, maybe you could either drop some right on the wound
and then put a bandaid on, or if the wound is bigger you could soak some
gauze in milk and tape it on.
