I hope you can help!!
Mom with 3 week old baby, normal vaginal birth, no medications is experiencing nausea and loss of appetite. It is worst in the morning and somewhat better in the evening. Much worse than during pregnancy. She experiences this all day, not just during feedings. She makes sure to eat small frequent meals, but it is an effort. Breastfeeding is going well, plenty of milk, baby gaining well, no pain. Any ideas? Thanks so much.
